Business Development Officers
Cambridge Partners is seeking Business Development Officers to assist in developing new accounts in our tangible and intangible asset, financial valuation and cost segregation valuation groups.

Individuals should be an experienced selling professional with basic analytical, writing, organization and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in managing multiple valuation projects, developing new business, reviewing appraisals and overseeing appraiser consultants. Commercial Real Estate Appraisers
We are seeking licensed and experienced non-residential real estate appraisers to join our group. Ideal candidates must be quick learning self starters. The real estate appraisal position involves regular client interaction, therefore you must be extremely comfortable communicating both in writing and verbally. A college degree is required, a masters degree or MBA a plus. An engineering degree is also a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary. Real Estate Market Study Consultants
Market Study Consultants are the backbone of Cambridge Partners' market study research, because they gather the critical information upon which Market Studies are based. Ideal candidates are quick learning self starters.

The position involves regular client interaction, therefore you must be extremely comfortable communicating both in writing and verbally. Job responsibilities include gathering data on many types of real estate, including multifamily, single-family, retail, office, or other assignments as necessary. In gathering critical data for our real estate research, the consultant will be required to visit apartment communities, conduct interviews with local government officials or real estate agents and conduct research. Equipment Appraisers and Cost Segregation Consultants
Cambridge Partners is seeking individuals who understands construction cost estimating. The ideal candidates would be engineers, architects or appraisers especially experienced with the cost approach to valuation. We are willing to train consulting minded professionals possessing the right academic background and/or work history. This position requires that individuals be highly proficient with Microsoft excel and be willing to travel as necessary.
