Depending on the scope and purpose of the engagement, reports may include a letter of transmittal, identification of the property being appraised, the intended use and applicable premise of value, descriptions of the machinery and equipment, an analysis of highest and best use where applicable, a determination and final estimate of value, certification, and a detailed inventory of the assets appraised.
