Appraisals and Market Studies for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Properties
Federal tax credits are key incentives for the construction and redevelopment of low-income, rent-restricted housing. Electrical Generation Power Plants
The consultants at Cambridge Partners have substantial experience in appraising a wide range of electrical generation power plants including simple-cycle gas and oil fired plants, combined-cycle gas fired plants, coal fired cogeneration facilities and nuclear powered facilities. In recent years we have appraised over 4,000 megawatts of gross production capacity.
